RUMFORD — Patrol officers responded to 94 complaints from midnight May 23 to 5 p.m. May 29, not including basic traffic stops.

Wanted

Aaron W. Newton, 39, Peru, is wanted on 11th District Court warrants charging violation conditions of release, operating under the influence and operating after suspension/habitual offender. The warrant is dated May 10, 2011.

Assault

May 14 at 11:54 p.m.: Acting Cpl. Donald Miller investigated an assault at the Barnboard. Case is under investigation.

Burglary

May 25 at 2:55 p.m.: Sgt. Douglas Maifeld is investigating a burglary of a Cemetery Road residence. A boat motor valued at $100 was stolen.

May 17 at 4:37 p.m.: Sgt. Douglas Maifeld is investigating a burglary and theft of a Route 2 business. A basketball hoop valued at $50 was stolen and recovered.

May 18 at 8:20 a.m.: Sgt. Douglas Maifeld is investigating a burglary of medication from a Spruce Street residence.

Criminal mischief

May 24 at 3:28 p.m.: Patrolman Joseph Sage investigated damage to an oil cap on Pine Street. No damage estimate listed.

May 25 at 6:55 a.m.: Patrolman Joseph Sage investigated damage to a vehicle on Lochness Road. Damage estimated at $1000.

May 25 at 9:21 a.m.: Sgt. Douglas Maifeld took a complaint of a 10-year-old Dixfield boy breaking a door window on Forrest Avenue. Damage estimated at $200.

May 25 at 2:59 p.m.: Patrolman Joseph Sage investigated damage to a trampoline on Erchles Street. Damage estimated at $275.
