LEWISTON – Maine’s First Lady Ann LePage and Adjutant General Major General John W. Libby have partnered with the American Red Cross to sponsor two Armed Forces Walks on Sunday, June 5.

A 5K walk/run will be held at USM Lewiston/Auburn Campus and a 5K walk around Baxter Boulevard will kick off at Payson Park, Portland.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Services to Armed Forces program in Maine. For information on how to become a sponsor or to register to participate, visit www.maineredcross.org. All services to military families are provided free of charge by the Red Cross.
