Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on July 5 in Rumford District Court:

* Dylan Bellegarde, 19, Rumford, possession of a Schedule Z drug, 2:42 a.m. June 1. He was released on $700 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Sept. 6 in Rumford District Court.

* Chad Warren, 26, Rumford, a Sanford Police Department warrant charging violation of a protection order, turned himself in to Rumford police on May 31 at the River Street station. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail. A court date has yet to be set.

* Marc Hand, 35, Wilton, operating under the influence (second offense) and operating beyond license restrictions, 2:38 a.m. May 29 on River Street. He was released on $300 cash bail and will be arraigned on Aug. 2 in Rumford District Court.

* Clarence Thompkins, 40, Carthage, violation of a protection order, 1 p.m. May 27 on Congress Street. He was released on $500 unsecured bail.

* Chandra Sanfratello, 32, Rumford, domestic violence assault, 11:55 a.m. May 27 on Hancock Street. She was released on $800 unsecured bail.

* Amanda Spitzer, 29, Dixfield, warrant charging failure to appear on charge of driving without a license, 10:45 a.m. May 25 on River Street. She was released on $250 cash bail and was given a trial time of 8:30 a.m. on June 13 in Rumford District Court.
