FARMINGTON — Andrew Ward Holland, 23, died tragically and much too soon on May 31.

He was born in Portland, May 24, 1988. A recent graduate of the University of Maine in Farmington with an education degree, he hoped one day to become a college professor. He graduated from Cape Elizabeth High School in 2006. He was a much loved member of the Farmington community for the last five years. Andrew was a gentle, quiet man with a loud love of politics, music, the Red Sox and life.

Andrew is survived by his parents, Ward and Lynne (Gardino) Holland of Cape Elizabeth; his sister, Carolyn; and many loving family and friends.
