PARIS — The following arrests were logged at the Oxford County jail:

* Devin R. Spencer, 19, of Porter, June 8, failure to pay fines for driving to endanger and refusing to submit to arrest, $710 cash bail, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Michael G. Cloutier, 40, of Paris, June 9, domestic violence assault, $200 cash bail, Paris Police Department.
