LEWISTON — Jacqueline B. Turgeon, 76, of 8 Butler Drive, Lewiston, died Friday, June 10, at her home.

Born in Lewiston on Feb. 20, 1935, she was the daughter of Hormidas and Lena Britt Berube. Educated in local schools, she was a graduate of Lewiston High School, Class of  ’53. On May 12, 1954, she married Philippe O. Turgeon Jr. She was employed for many years as a supply supervisor for the Department of Navy, including 22 years at Brunswick Naval Air Station.

A member of the NRA and the YWCA, she is survived by her loving husband of Lewiston; two daughters, Kim and husband, Glenn Appleton, of Hampton, N.H., and Misti and husband, Robert Muscat, of Woodstock, Ga.; and two grandchildren, Matthew and Ashley Appleton.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, Harry and Lawrence Berube; and a sister, Arlene Varle.
