RUMFORD — Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on Sept. 6 in Rumford District Court:

* Jacob Berry, 18, Norway, operating under the influence and operating without a license, 3:35 a.m. June 11 on Hancock Street. He was released on $700 unsecured bail.

* Deanna Ryerson, 32, Rumford, operating after suspension, 11:45 a.m. June 9 on Route 2. She was released on $500 unsecured bail.

* Fawn Madore, 45, Mexico, operating under the influence, 1:50 a.m. June 9 on Lincoln Avenue. She was released on $700 unsecured bail.

* Edward Holman, 59, Dixfield, domestic violence assault, 5:25 a.m. June 8 on Waldo Street. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on August 2 in Rumford District Court.
