LIVERMORE FALLS — Voters in Regional School Unit 73 will be asked Wednesday, June 15, to consider appropriating $271,404 for adult education and raise $120,000 of that locally.

The $120,000 would be split equally at $40,000 to be raised by each town, Jay, Livermore and Livermore Falls.

Voters postponed action on the article on June 6 after it was discovered it was incorrectly worded.

The special district-wide vote will be held at 6 p.m. June 15 at the Center Office on Cedar Street in Livermore Falls.

Following the vote, directors will hold a meeting to certify Tuesday’s vote on the school budget. Also on the agenda is consideration of contracts, personnel policy, student high school choice, and a $1.2 million tax and revenue anticipation note.
