LITCHFIELD — A Mass of Christian Burial was held Wednesday for Ralph “Ted” Sweetser Jr. at St. Leo’s Church in Litchfield. The Mass was con-celebrated by the Rev Kevin Martin and the Rev. Albert Roux. The reading was by Mary Ann Sweetser and the gifts were presented by Donna and Carl Gardner. Committal prayers followed at the conclusion of the Mass. Military honors were held at the church and the U.S. flag was presented to Ralph’s wife, Rita Sweetser. Bearers were Stephen Sweetser, Charles Sweetser, Evan Gardner, Brandon Gardner and Nicholas Daigle. A reception of fellowship followed at Governor’s Restaurant in Lewiston. Arrangements were by Pinette and Lynch Funeral Home, Lewiston.
