NORTH TURNER — Colleen “Ann” Harlow, 71, of North Turner, passed on to heaven on June 14, with her family by her side.

She was born Sept. 20, 1939, in Lewiston. Ann married Eugene Harlow on Oct. 19, 1958.Together they made their home in North Turner, where they raised their six children.

She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
