OXFORDSHIRE, England — The wedding of Laura King and Mark Tanguay was held at 3 p.m. on May 11 in Oxfordshire, England.

Mrs. Tanguay is the daughter of Ian King and Nicola King of Oxford, England. Mr. Tanguay is the son of Eugene Tanguay Jr. and Lorraine Tanguay of Albany Township.

Attendants for the bride were Lucy McNally, Anna Sampson and Yasamin Kazemi. Flower girl was Sophie Bullock, cousin.

Adam Tanguay was best man for his brother. Ushers were Adam King, brother of the bride, and Luke Atkin, friend of the couple.

A reception was held at the Phoenix House in Newry. The couple went on a Caribbean cruise for their honeymoon and they currently reside in London, England.

The bride attended Sussex University in England and obtained a law degree. She then completed her post-graduate diploma in legal practice at Oxford University in England. She is currently working as a criminal defense paralegal before she moves to London this September to complete her training contract to be a lawyer.

The bridegroom attended the University of Southern Maine, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in criminology. He is currently completing his master’s degree in education with St. Joseph’s College of Maine.
