RUMFORD — Rumford Community Home announces that Daleen Bowen, CRMA, has been chosen as the 2010 RCH Employee of the Year.

Every month, Rumford Community Home chooses an Employee of the Month who goes above and beyond in their work duties. At the end of the year, RCH chooses one of the 12 monthly winners to be the RCH Employee of the Year.

Bowen is a certified residential medication aide at RCH. She has been providing care for seven years. She obtained her medical certifications through John F. Murphy Homes and graduated from Mountain Valley High School in Rumford.

During the past two years, Bowen has shown the team at RCH that she has an excellent work ethic. She regularly takes on extra shifts when needed and always has a smile on her face, even when things are challenging.

Bowen is a resident of Mexico, where she lives with her daughter.

The Rumford Community Home is located at 11 John F. Kennedy Lane, Rumford.
