LIVERMORE FALLS — Regional School Unit 73 directors voted unanimously Thursday to approve the personnel policy as modified to cover staff not part of a collective bargaining agreement.
They also unanimously approved a one-year contract with Bailey Bros. Inc, to do bus fleet, vehicle and equipment maintenance beginning July 1. The cost would include $56 an hour plus parts at dealership cost.
The staff appointments and agreements are as follows:
* Business Manager Stacie Lowe, contracted for 260 days, salary will increase from $63,163 to $64,742.08.
* Maintenance, Transportation Director Ken Vining, contracted for 260 days, salary will increase from $54,590 to $55,954.
* Technology Director Craig Suttie, contracted for 260 days, salary will go from $60,000 to $61,500.
* Dean of Students Vicki Thayer-Adams, contracted for 220 days, salary will decrease from $62,659 to $54,292.50.
* Adult Education Director Carrie Castonguay, contracted for 260 days, salary will increase from $56,500 to $57,912.
* Social worker Christopher Beaudoin in Livermore Falls, contracted for 200 days, salary will increase from $49,850 to $51,096.25.
* Repair technician II Norman Burnham, contracted for 260 days, yearly pay would go from $32,500 to $33,312.50.
* Superintendent administrative assistant Beverly Stevens, contracted for 260 days, annual pay will go from $34,888 to $35,760.20.
* Food Service Director Dora Flagg, contracted for 260 days, yearly pay will be $35,760.20. It is a new position.
* Food Service team leader Penny Jackman, contracted for 221 days, pay will decrease from $31,824 to $27,683.20.
* Transportation scheduler/administrative assistant Shawn Keene, contracted for 216 days, pay will decrease from $26,880 to $24,796.80.
* Repair technician I Scott Ladd, contracted for 220 days, will increase from $23,050.50 to $23,628.
* Data technician Glenn Eichel, grant funded, contracted for up to 20 hours per week. No pay listed.
* Administrative assistant to assistant superintendent/curriculum administrative assistant Kathy Murray, contracted for 240 days, pay will go from $25,740 to $26,383.50.
* Special education administrative assistant Stella Breton, contracted 201 days, pay will increase from $24,069.70 to $24,662.70,
* Special education administrative assistant Brenda Merrill, contracted 260 days, pay will go from $32,464 to $33,269.60.
* Accounts payable clerk Susan Gagnon, contracted 260 days, pay will increase from $32,058 to $32,857.50.
* Payroll clerk Jan Cloutier, contracted 260 days, pay will increase from $37,515 to $40,189.
