AUGUSTA, Maine (AP) — The Maine Conservation Department says state park passes are available on a reconfigured online site this season.
The department is offering a secure, convenient method of purchasing season passes to all 48 state parks and historic sites on the new online system. It’s been completely reconfigured by InforMe, the state’s online-information developer.
In test mode for the past two weeks, the system is now used successfully by park-pass customers.
Last year, more than 2.6 million people visited Maine’s state parks and historic sites.
