PORTLAND — The Beach to Beacon 10k Road Race will take place Saturday, Aug. 6. Runners, walkers and strollers are invited to form or join teams. Participants must commit to raising a minimum of $500 to benefit the Kids First Center, 222 St. John St.

Kids First Runners will receive a paid registration for the race, a T-shirt, VIP shuttle service to and from the race, a fundraising prize structure and helpful fundraising tips. To become a Kids First Runner, contact Ellen Jordan at 761-2709 or email her at [email protected]. Space is limited.
