June 28 at 11:24 p.m., Jessica Baker, 18, of East Dixfield was summonsed by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Plymouth Avenue on a charge of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. Baker is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Sept. 6.

June 28 at 11:56 p.m., Jacob Jackson, 19, of Carthage was summonsed by Ptl. Brad Gallant on Bridge Street on a charge of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. Jackson is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Aug. 2.

June 28 at 11:56 p.m., 16-year-old female juvenile of Carthage was summonsed by Ptl. Brad Gallant on Bridge Street on a charge of illegal possession of alcohol by a juvenile. The juvenile is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Aug. 2.

June 29 at 9 p.m., Amy Howes, 29, of Rumford was summonsed by acting Cpl. Donald Miller on Waldo Street on a charge of assault. Howes is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Sept. 6.

June 29 at 11:16 p.m., Amy Touchette, 33, of Rumford was summonsed by Ptl. Brad Gallant on Waldo Street on a charge of violation of bail. Touchette is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Aug. 2.

July 2 at 12:46 a.m., Joshua Louvat, 22, of Rumford was summonsed by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Knox Street on a charge of Violation of Bail. Louvat is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Sept. 6.

July 02 at 1:42 a.m., Dianne Alyward, 37, of Canton was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Erchles Street on a charge of operating under the influence. Alyward posted $800 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Sept. 6.

July 2 at 4:17 a.m., Christopher Upton, 35, of Rumford was summonsed by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Cumberland Street on a charge of violation of bail. Upton is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Sept. 6.

July 2 at 10:22 a.m., Dennis St. Cyr, 39, of Rumford was summonsed by acting Cpl. Donald Miller on Hancock Street on charges of assault and criminal mischief. St. Cyr is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Sept. 6.

July 2 at 3:42 p.m., Marguerite Dodds, 42, of Rumford was arrested by acting Cpl. Donald Miller on Rumford Avenue on a charge of domestic violence assault. Dodds posted $800 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Sept. 6.

July 2 at 11:44 p.m., Nicholas Varnum, 20, of Rumford was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Cumberland Street on a charge of violation of bail. Varnum, who was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Sept. 6.

July 3 at 10:12 p.m., 17-year-old male juvenile from Dixfield was summonsed by Sgt. James Bernard on Cumberland Street on a charge of possession of marijuana. The juvenile is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Aug. 2.

July 4 at 7:10 p.m., Andrew Gundersen, 21, of Bryant Pond was summonsed by Sgt. Tracey Higley on the South Rumford Road on charges of illegal possession of marijuana and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia. Gundersen is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Sept. 6.

July 4 at 9 p.m., 16-year-old male juvenile from Peru was summonsed by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Essex Avenue on a charge of possession of marijuana. The juvenile is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Sept. 6.

July 4 at 9:05 p.m., Michael Day, 40, of Rumford was summonsed by Cpl. Lawrence Winson at the Hosmer Complex on a charge of possession of marijuana. Day is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Sept. 6.

July 4 at 9:47 p.m., Seth Soule, 19, of Jay was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson at the Hosmer Complex on charges of disorderly conduct and carrying a concealed weapon. Soule, was additionally charged with possession of alcohol by a minor, was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Sept. 6.

July 5 at 3:30 p.m., Dahlia Robichaud, 41, of Rumford was arrested by Ptl. Dave Hodgson on Knox Street on a charge of domestic violence assault. Robichaud posted $800 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Aug. 2.

July 6 at 3:15 p.m., Amber Cyr, 22, of Rumford was summonsed by Ptl. Brad Gallant on Waldo Street on a charge of theft. Cyr is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Sept. 6.

July 6 at 3:41 p.m., Timothy Gotto, 51, of Rumford was arrested by Sgt. Tracey Higley on Lochness Road on a charge of criminal trespass. Gotto who was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Sept. 6.

July 7 at 1:18 p.m., Larry Francis, 33, of Rumford was summonsed by Ptl. Joseph Sage on Knox Street on a charge of violation of bail. Francis is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Sept. 6.

July 8 at 3:10 a.m., Joseph Bordeau, 46, of Mexico was arrested after turning himself in at the Oxford County Jail by Ptl. Brad Gallant for an incident on Knox Street regarding a charge of domestic violence assault. Bordeau is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Sept. 6.

July 8 at 11:18 a.m., James Bonsey, 38, of Rumford was summonsed by Sgt. Tracey Higley on Congress Street on a charge of stealing drugs Class C and illegal possession of a schedule “W” drug. Bonsey is scheduled to appear in Oxford County Superior Court on Sept. 6.

July 8 at 7:41 p.m., Christopher Upton, 34, of Rumford was arrested by acting Cpl. Donald Miller on Hancock Street on charges of domestic assault and assault. Upton, who was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Oxford County Superior Court on Sept. 6.

July 9 at 7:30 p.m., Jason Kehrer, 34, of Rumford was arrested by Ptl. Joseph Sage on Waldo Street on charges of domestic assault and domestic violence terrorizing. Kehrer posted $1,000 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Sept. 6.

July 9 at 11:40 p.m., Lauren Leonard, 18, of Peru was summonsed by Ptl. Brad Gallant on Maine Avenue on a charge of possession of marijuana. Leonard is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Sept. 6.

July 10 at 12:34 a.m., Michael Krech, 20, of Rumford was summonsed by Ptl. Brad Gallant on Rumford Avenue on a charge of operating after suspension. Krech is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Oct. 4.

Assault:

June 28 at 1:30 p.m., Acting Cpl. Donald Miller investigated an assault on Franklin Street. The victim has failed to follow through with pressing charges.

Burglary:

July 1 at 7:47 a.m., Sgt. James Bernard interrupted a burglary in progress on Spruce Street. The case is under investigation.

Criminal mischief:

July 4 at 7:42 a.m., Sgt. Tracey Higley investigated a Route 108 residence being struck by a bottle. No damage.

July 4 at 9:39 a.m., Ptl. Dave Hodgson investigated damage done to a window on a vehicle on Holyoke Avenue. The damage is estimated at $500.

July 4 at 6:16 p.m., Sgt. Tracey Higley investigated a window on Waldo Street being struck by a rock. The damage is estimated at $100.

July 6 at 7:20 a.m., Sgt. Tracey Higley investigated a building on Maine Avenue being spray-painted. No damage amount listed.

July 10 at 9:52 a.m., Ptl. George Cayer investigated an incident where air was let out of a tire on Waldo Street. No damage observed.

July 10 at 11:10 a.m., Ptl. George investigated a building on Congress Street being spray-painted. No damage amount listed.

July 10 at 1 p.m., Ptl. George Cayer investigated an incident where a door was kicked in on Congress Street. The damage is estimated at $300.

Theft:

July 3 at 1:18 p.m., Ptl. Michael Belanger investigated the theft of a $45 phone card from a Rumford resident on Washington Street.

July 4 at 1 p.m., Sgt. Tracey Higley investigated the theft of an $8 padlock from a shed on Erchles Street.

July 5 at 8:43 a.m., Ptl. Dave Hodgson investigated the theft of mail from a Pine Street residence. Victim was instructed to contact the sender to make sure it had been delivered. No value listed.

July 5 at 9:06 a.m., Ptl. Dave Hodgson investigated the theft of solar lights from a Spruce Street residence. Estimated loss listed at $100.

Wanted:

Thomas Prendergast, 38, Mexico is wanted on a Oxford County Superior Court warrant on a probation violation. Date of warrant: Feb. 1, 2011.
