Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on Oct. 4 in Rumford District Court:

* David Hodgkins, 31, Rumford, felony forgery, 4:08 p.m. July 15 on River Street. He was released on $2,000 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Sept. 6 in Oxford County Superior Court in Paris.

* Dennis St. Cyr, 39, Rumford, operating after suspension, 9:58 p.m. July 11 on Hancock Street. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.

* Billie Hodgkins, 47, Roxbury, warrant charging failure to appear on charge of operating after suspension, 12:59 p.m. July 11 on Lincoln Avenue. No court date was given.
