NEW SHARON — Private family committal services for Carrie F. Brann Harnden, of East Wilton, were held Friday morning at the New Sharon Village Cemetery, followed by public memorial services at 1 p.m., at the New Sharon Congregational Church, with Rev. Marcia Charles officiating.

The service opened in prayer, followed by the New Sharon Messalunskit Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star conducting their memorial service. The organist was Lillian Fidler. Congregational hymns included “In The Garden,” “Amazing Grace,” and “How Great Thou Art.” Following services, a reception was held in the church vestry, hosted by the Hospitality Committee of the parish. Arrangements were in the care of the Wiles Remembrance Center, 137 Farmington Falls Road, Farmington.
