Those people operating low-flying aircraft should be aware that they need to stay away from dairy cows. Recently, an ultra-light aircraft (powered parachute) flew just over the top of my herd of milking cows. It spooked them so badly that they ran wild across the field and crashed through a fence, continuing on until they got to the woods.

The hot-air balloons are pretty, as long as they are far away from dairy cows. The same for any small plane that flies low.

Those cows are my livelihood and low-flying aircraft of any kind spooks them severely. The pilots should, please, keep their distance.
