OXFORD — According to arrest logs at the Oxford County Jail, 14 were arrested at Oxford Plains Speedway over the weekend.

The TD Bank 250 race drew thousands to the Route 26 oval track, bringing extra police patrols as fans packed into hundreds of tents and campers across the grounds.

The 14 arrested were:

* Francis R. Clark, 21, of Woodstock, on a warrant for failure to appear for a theft charge, Saturday by officer Nathan Bowie of the Paris Police Department. Bail was set at $200 cash.

* Conor P. Fahey, 19, of Braintree, Mass., driving to endanger, Saturday by an Oxford police officer. Bail was $200 cash.

* Joseph N. Jenness II, 43, of Canaan, disorderly conduct, Saturday by officer Zane Loper of the Paris Police Department. Bail was $500 unsecured bond.

* Lisa Jenness, 40, of Skowhegan, disorderly conduct, Saturday by Lt. Michael Dailey of the Paris Police Department. Bail was $500 unsecured bond.

* Jonathan McNally-Vaillancourt, 19, of Mechanic Falls, criminal mischief, Saturday by Lt. Michael Ward of the Oxford Police Department. Bail was $500 unsecured bond.

* Jonathan R. Paine, 25, of Oxford, warrants for unpaid fines for assault and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, Saturday by officer Alan Coffin of the Oxford Police Department. Bail was $930 cash.

* Eric J. Pinardi, 31, of Barre, Vt., operating under the influence, Saturday by officer Troy Harps of the Oxford Police Department. Bail was $300 cash.

* Tyler J. Rioux, 21, of Norway, two counts of possession of scheduled drugs and failure to pay fines, Saturday by officer Shawn Wood of the Oxford Police Department. Bail was $290 cash.

* Benjamin L. Rowe, 19, of Mechanic Falls, criminal trespass, Saturday by Lt. Michael Ward of the Oxford Police Department. Bail was $500 unsecured bond.

* Heath J. Bell, 32, of Gray, indecent conduct, Sunday by Sgt. Rickie Jack of the Oxford Police Department. Bail was $500 unsecured bond.

* Craig A. Coombs, 20, of Topsham, violation of bail condition, Sunday by officer Troy Harps of the Oxford Police Department.

* John E. Parker, 21, of Buxton, warrant for unpaid fines for allowing a minor to possess or consume alcohol, Sunday by Cpl. Holli Pullen of the Norway Police Department. Bail was $660 cash.

* Christine R. Rowe, 32, of Waterford, operating under the influence, Sunday by officer Shawn Wood of the Oxford Police Department. Bail was $1,500 unsecured bond.

* Ashley Ruiz, 22, of Lewiston, disorderly conduct, Sunday by officer Zachary Bisson of the Oxford Police Department. She was released on personal recognizance.
