* Richard Allen Russo, 33, of 69 Hampshire St.,  violating conditions of release, assault and criminal mischief, 10:50 p.m. Monday on Willow Street.

* Jessica Marie Pomerleau, 21, of 222 Russell St., shoplifting and violating conditions of release, 10:33 a.m. Tuesday on Mount Auburn Avenue.

* Vehicles driven by Charles Hatch, 63, of Lewiston, and Michael McGuire, 65, of Whitefield, collided at 11:37 a.m. Monday on Center Street. Hatch’s 1986 Chevrolet was towed, as was McGuire’s 2006 Toyota.
