LEWISTON — A Gray man injured in a crash last week has died at a Lewiston hospital.

Nathan Bruns, 30, died at Central Maine Medical Center of injuries sustained when his pickup truck crashed into a tractor-trailer on Route 100.

Investigators said early indications are that Bruns’ pickup crossed the centerline where it collided with a tractor-trailer driven by a New Hampshire man.

The truck driver was not hurt. Bruns died Tuesday at CMMC, according to a hospital spokeswoman.

The July 22 crash was still being investigated by Maine State Police.
