* John M. Wallace Jr., 31, of Norway, July 27, two charges of failure to appear for unpaid counsel fees, $600 cash bail, Norway Police Department.

* Bradley S. Howe, 51, of Paris, July 28, violation of bail condition, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Alicia J. Vantol, 25, of Norway, July 28, operating under the influence, Norway Police Department.
