Although I should not have been surprised, I was stunned to hear a visibly upset Secretary of Transportation, shown July 26 on the NBC six o’clock news, practically shout that almost all the airlines make a profit.

How awful.

When will liberals, who make up the majority of the Democratic Party, finally recognize that making a profit is not a bad thing? It is not wrong. It is not un-American. It is not immoral.

Why would anyone invest money without the expectation of making a profit?

How come Democrats are so anti-business while maintaining that they are pro-labor?

Very simply, businesspeople invest their money and create jobs. If their businesses don’t show a profit, they will simply shut down, with many taking their money overseas. Of course, the jobs will follow them.

Not very complicated, is it?

This is not a socialist country; at least, not yet.
