OTISFIELD — Free community lunches and socials will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesdays, Aug. 10, Sept. 14 and Oct. 12, at the Otisfield Community Hall, Route 121.

Reservations are not necessary but are helpful. To reserve, call Nancy Coombs at 627-4374 by Friday, Aug. 5, and let her know if a ride is needed.

Santa yard sale

BUCKFIELD — The Operation Santa Claus annual yard sale for Buckfield, Hartford and Sumner will take place from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 13, at the Buckfield Masonic Hall.
