Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on Nov. 8 in Rumford District Court:

* Erik Frost, 37, Dixfield, operating after suspension, 8:45 a.m. Aug. 9 on Cumberland Street. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.

* John Siciliana, 25, Rumford, domestic violence assault, 2:25 p.m. Aug. 6 on Falmouth Street. He was released on $1,500 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Sept. 6 in Rumford District Court.

* Eve Roberts, 42, Rumford, domestic violence assault, 7:55 p.m. Aug. 4 on Rumford Avenue. She was freed on $800 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Sept. 6 in Rumford District Court.

* Christopher Huard, 34, Mexico, operating under the influence, possession of marijuana and attaching false plates, 1:25 a.m. Aug. 5 on Falmouth Street. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.

* Jessica Rice, 31, Rumford, burglary and theft, 10:05 p.m. Aug. 4 on Erchles Street. She was released on $1,200 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Nov. 8 in Oxford County Superior Court.

* Ronnie Guy, 42, Phoenix, Ariz., operating after suspension, 12:54 p.m. Aug. 1 on Hancock Street. He was released on $1,000 cash bail.

* Joseph Downs, 57, Rumford, operating after suspension, 9:28 a.m. Aug. 1 on Erchles Street. He was released on $300 unsecured bail.

* Carlton Gallant, 26, Lewiston, operating under the influence, 1:47 a.m. July 30 on Maine Avenue. He was released on $800 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Oct. 4 in Rumford District Court.

* Sara Roberts, 32, Rumford, warrants charging failure to appear on charges of violating conditions of release and operating after suspension, 9:26 a.m. July 31 on Maine Avenue. She was released on $250 cash bail. On Aug. 8, a Rumford District Court judge filed the violating conditions of release case for six months, a court clerk said. Arraignment on the other warrant is not known.

* Patricia Paquette, 56, Rumford, domestic violence assault, 8:20 p.m. July 29 on Rumford Avenue. She was released on $1,000 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Oct. 4 in Rumford District Court.
