CARRABASSETT VALLEY — Carrabassett Valley will hold its sixth annual summer festival on Saturday, Aug. 13, at the town airport and KC’s Kreativity Center off Route 27.

Festivities include an arts-and-crafts show and demonstrations, and a music festival from noon until 6 p.m.  Featured performers include J. McClure & Chris Weld, Jason Mancini, The Steves and Potato Gun Showdown.

A fly-in will take place all day at Sugarloaf Regional Airport. The local radio control club will be on hand to demonstrate.  Plane and helicopter rides will be available.

Children’s activities will include a bounce house and fairy house village. Food and beverages will be sold by Boy Scout Troop 525.
