LEWISTON — The Franco-American Heritage Center is again offering “French Language Reacquisition” classes.

This course is for those who are uncomfortable speaking French due to having forgotten most of it or needing to practice with others in the same situation.

These workshops will enable participants to reawaken the French in them.

There will be five sessions of two hours each beginning Sept. 8, 15, 22, 29 and Oct. 6, at 6 p.m. at the Franco-American Heritage Center, 46 Cedar St. (enter through the door on the Oxford Street sidewalk and park in the Continental Mill parking lot across the street). The course will be taught by Doris Bonneau, educational consultant and former French teacher.

The cost for the five sessions is $75. For more information, call 783-1585.
