* Dustin N. Locke, 23, of Saint Albans, Vt., Aug. 9, failure to pay fines, $370 cash bail, Maine State Police.

* Michael L. Lothrop, 28, of Saco, Aug. 9, violation of bail condition, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* James J. Shortsleeves, 41, of Hiram, Aug. 9, probation violation and failure to pay fines, Maine State Police.
