Official Rules:

Two entry categories (Over 19 and 18 & Under)

Only non-professional photographers may enter

Photos must be of the 2011 Great Falls Balloon Festival

Limit of two (2) 8” x 10” or 8” x 12” photos entered per person

Entries must be mounted using an 11” x 14” matte with backing

All entries must have official entry form secured to back of each entry

All photos submitted become the property of the Great Falls Balloon Festival*

Photos must be submitted by Friday, September 23, 2011

During the festival:

Great Falls Balloon Festival Souvenirs Booth or Information Booth

In person after the festival:

Sun Journal Customer Service Department, 104 Park Street, Lewiston, ME

(Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.)

By mail:

All winners will be notified by phone, mail or email the week of October 10-14, 2011.

*Submission of a photograph constitutes an entrant’s acceptance of all the rules and representation and assurance that no restrictions or limitations exist on any publications or use of the photograph by the GFBF. No fee will be paid for the acceptance of publication of any photograph. Entrants will not be notified of any use or publication of any submitted photographs.
