The Mahoosuc Land Trust of Bethel will hold the first Gourmet Hike at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 20, at the Rumford Whitecap trailhead on the East Andover Road, Rumford. This is a moderately strenuous hike, six miles round trip. Each hiker is asked to bring a “gourmet” dish to share with other hikers. Gourmet is anything beyond gorp or peanut butter and jelly.
