* James Losey, 59, of 5 Jones Road, Livermore Falls, domestic violence assault, 6:20 p.m. Monday at that address, Livermore Falls Police Department.

Accidents

Lewiston

* A vehicle driven by Nina Taylor, 27, of Lewiston, collided with a vehicle driven by Christopher Watts, 30, of Scarborough, and owned by Steakhouse Portland LLC, of Portland, while Watts was stopped in traffic on College Street at 3:39 p.m. Monday. Taylor’s 1996 Chevrolet was towed due to disabling damage. Damage to Watts’ 2004 Chevrolet was classified as functional.

Auburn

* A vehicle driven by Jodi Melvin, 39, of Naples, collided with a vehicle driven by Randy Verrill, 38, of Auburn, as Melvin backed out of a parking space at Walmart at 5:52 p.m. Sunday. Damage to Melvin’s 2000 Subaru and Verrill’s 1999 Chrysler was classified as functional. 

* A vehicle driven by Kimberly Bochtler, 46, of Turner, and owned by David Bochtler, of Turner, struck a deer while traveling south on Route 4 at 7:26 a.m. Monday. Bochtler’s 2005 Subaru was towed due to disabling damage.
