WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Elizabeth (Liz) Cyr-Parnell succumbed to cancer Aug. 11, after a valiant six-month battle.

She was born in Lewiston, June 5, 1960, daughter of Leo and Rachel (Tardif) Cyr, she was a 1978 graduate of St. Dominic High School. Liz was married to David Parnell Jr. on May 26, 1989. Together they established and still operate Parnell’s Pool Service. They were blessed with two daughters, Erica Elizabeth and Mikayla Alda Parnell.

In addition to her husband, daughters and parents, she is survived by her beloved sister, Nicole Cyr-Wilson and family; her sister, Rachel and family; her brother, Joe and family; and aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

She will be missed by her many friends in Maine and Florida.
