FARMINGTON — Wendy Fletcher, 55, died peacefully at Sandy River Rehab Center on Aug. 18.
She was born March 20, 1956, the daughter of Douglas and Christine Rand Fletcher. She gratuated from Mt. Blue High School and went on to a community college for buisness management.
She enjoyed the Patriots, Red Sox and NASCAR. She also enjoyed gatherings with family and friends.
She is survived by her fiance, Gerald Durrell, of New Sharon; father, Douglas Fletcher of Wilton; brothers, David of Hartford, Mike and wife, Connie, of Richmond and Allen and wife, Gay, of Livermore; sisters, Jane Ellis of Norridgewock, Shirly York and husband, Ron, of Jay and Rodney Barker and wife, Pam, of Wilton; 27 nieces and nephews; 34 great-nieces and nephews; and the Durrell families.
She was predeceased by her mother, Christine Rand Fletcher; nephew, Mark Varney; grandparents; and step-mother, Irene Fletcher.
