SCHENECTADY, N.Y. — The following local residents were among the 520 Union College students to graduate June 12.

Kelsey Powers, a resident of Naples, received a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in environmental policy.

Mark O’Shea, a resident of Livermore, received a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in economics.
