Unless otherwise noted, the following will be arraigned on Nov. 8 in Rumford District Court:

* Brian Bragdon, 37, Rumford, warrant charging failure to appear on charge of operating after suspension, 10:35 a.m. Aug. 23 on Spruce Street. He was released on $500 cash bail.

* Scott Tripp, 33, Mexico, warrant charging failure to appear on charge of violations of conditions of release, 9:15 a.m. Aug. 18 on Route 2. He was released on $200 cash bail.
