AUBURN — Kristen G. Collins and Brandon L. Lyons, both of Auburn, are announcing their engagement.

Miss Collins is the daughter of Richard Collins of Auburn and the late Judith Veilleux of Lewiston. She is a 1994 graduate of Edward Little High School and is currently employed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Auburn.

Mr. Lyons is the son of Steve and Dawn Lyons of Lubec. He is a 1995 graduate of Lubec High School and a 2000 graduate of Maine Maritime Academy. He is currently employed as vice president of U.S. operations for Hydro Tech Inc.

The wedding is planned for August of 2012.
