A fundraiser was held for Diana Hughes-Martin on June 25. The “Breath of Life” concert raised nearly $500 for Martin, who is in need of a double lung transplant. Featured performers were Mary Murphy and Indigo Soul. D.J. Dunnels opened with an acoustic set. Mike Parker acted as master of ceremonies. Martin is pictured above, seated, surrounded by family and friends. Martin suffers from COPD, Addison’s disease and other ailments. Another fundraiser is being planned for the near future.
