Coaches: Gino Valeriani and Ian Cross
Returning athletes: Seniors — Matthew Braley (Bethel), Lindsey Hughes (Raymond), Mengdong Zhuang (China); Sophomores — Peter Miller (South Paris), Makoto Watanabe (Japan).
Promising newcomer: Junior — Brad Geismar (Minot).
Outlook: Watanabe finished sixth as a freshman at the MAISAD boys’ championship meet last year. Zhuang was the top girls’ runner. The boys finished fourth as a team in that competition. With defending champion Elan no longer in the mix, Hebron hopes to chase down Gould and Hyde for a shot at the title.
