Promising newcomers: Sophomore — Brian Hiscock; Freshman — Ryan Gosselin.

Outlook: The Hornets’ slow climb in KVAC-B paid off last season with a nine-win campaign, and the Hornets may be primed for one more run at the conference. Soracco, one of the best schoolgirls in the state, will be conspicuous in her absence, as will Dubois, but look for Walton to be a solid leader at the top for this senior-heavy group.
