Overview: The Raiders only have four seniors back but they don’t lack experience. The junior class played a key role in reaching the semifinals last year, and the hope is to take the next step in 2011. DePuy and Wells give them big-play ability while Collingwood gives them size in the backfield, and they will run be running behind a veteran line, the team’s strength. Asselin took a number of snaps, including a couple of starts, as a freshman. They expect to be able to give opponents different looks defensively.
Coach’s comment: “We’re pretty sound defensively. We were pretty sound last year and I don’t expect anything different this year.” — Coach Dave Wing
