Key losses: Allie Hammond (MF), Sierra Machacos (F), Savanna Giguere (F).

Promising newcomers: Freshman — Valarie Lessard.

Outlook: The Lakers lost an all-state midfielder in Hammond but return Emily Carrier, an all-state keeper. Rangeley has a number of experienced players back from last year and could help make the Lakers formidable in Western D once again.

Coach’s comment: “We are still in the process of forming our team but the new and returning players I do have are working hard to get ready for another exciting season of soccer. We are fortunate to have so many dedicated players who love the game of soccer and who show such tenacity day after day in training. In addition, our new players will help strengthen our defense.
