PARIS — The following arrests were logged at the Oxford County Jail:

* Frances P. Bradford, 34, of Dixfield, Sept. 1, failure to appear, $100 cash bail, Dixfield Police Department.

* Joshua M. Hovan, 22, of Oxford, Sept. 1, possession of scheduled drug and violation of bail condition, Norway Police Department.

* Mark P. Paaso, 27, of Bethel, Sept. 1, driving to endanger and speeding more than 30 mph over the limit, $500 unsecured bond, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
