MEXICO — Gregory J. Kerr, 60, of St. Petersburg, Fla., passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 6, at home with family.
He was born in Rumford on Sept. 20, 1950, son of William B. and Gloria P. (Hutchinson) Kerr.
Greg was educated in Mexico schools and was a graduate of Mexico High School, Class of 1968.
He was a self-employed contractor, having worked in Florida for many years.
Greg loved golfing, watching the New England Patriots and the Boston Red Sox.
He also loved working on his boat, Gloria Pearl, named after his mother.
Greg is survived by his mother, Gloria P. Kerr, of Mexico; daughter, Camara L. Jackson and husband, Anthony, of Wake Forest, NC.; sisters, Donna Kerr and companion, Robbie Lovell, of Mexico, Susan Lavoie and husband, George, of Mexico, Sharon Rabon and husband, Charles, of Buckfield, Barbara Newton and husband, Terry, of Burnham; brothers, Wayne Kerr, of Auburn, Bruce Kerr, of Arizona; grandchildren, Justin, Morgan and Ashley.
He was predeceased by his father, William Kerr.
