* Joseph Kology, 18, Charlestown, R.I., operating without a license and illegal transportation of alcohol, 3:18 a.m. Sept. 6 on Route 17 in Mexico. He was released on $1,000 cash bail.

* Richard Breau, 31, Bethel, operating under the influence, 12:50 a.m. Sept. 3 on Route 2 in Rumford. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.

* Casey Senn, 25, Rumford, possession of Schedule W drugs, 9:27 p.m. Sept. 2 on Route 2 in Rumford. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

* Thomas Taylor, 27, Rumford, domestic violence assault, 1:07 a.m. Aug. 30 on Pine Street. He was released on $800 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Oct. 4 in Rumford District Court.

* Pauline Cloutier, 85, Rumford, violation of a protection from abuse order, 12:15 p.m. Aug. 29 on Spruce Street. She was released on $300 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Nov. 8 in Rumford District Court.
