TOPSHAM — Trisha’s Gown and Dress Boutique will open at the end of September in the Topsham Fair Mall.

Trisha’s specializes in affordable dresses for all occasions — parties, weddings, homecoming and prom. The boutique also offers pageant gowns, shoes and jewelry.

And for a one-of-a-kind dress or gown, Trisha’s can have a dress custom made.

Owner Noreen Lyons, who is a Maine native with a long history in retail, called the opening of her shop “a dream come true.”
