* Kandice J. Child, 37, of Rumford, Sept. 7, obstructing government administration and violation of bail condition, Dixfield Police Department.

* Brandon B. Dearborn, 19, of Oxford, Sept. 8, operating after suspension, $500 unsecured bond, Paris Police Department.

* Charles D. Smallwood, 28, of Oxford, Sept. 8, failure to pay fines for possession of scheduled drug, $540 cash bail, Oxford Police Department.

* Kevin S. Vezina Jr., 20, of Waterford, Sept. 8, violation of bail condition, Norway Police Department.
