AUBURN — Sharon A. Millett, president of Coldwell Banker Millett Realty, 155 Center St., has been named to the Realtorn University board of regents. She is one of 10 members appointed to the inaugural board of regents.

Millett is past president of the National Association of Realtors and currently serves on the Maine Real Estate Commission, having been reappointed by Gov. Paul LePage. She is immediate past chairman of the board of St. Mary’s Health System and is a director of Auburn Savings Bank.

The board of regents is responsible for providing university oversight, guidance and management, including governing the university by establishing policies and objectives, ensuring sufficient resources are available for university operations and being accountable for university financial performance.
