AUBURN — Wallingford’s Fruit House will again welcome the Park Avenue School PTO for its annual Harvest Festival from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, at 1240 Perkins Ridge Road.

Everyone is welcome to come and celebrate the fun of fall at this year’s festival. Attendees may enjoy a bounce house, build a scarecrow “baby” or construct a fairy house. Returning again is the popular pony ride, as well as food galore and a special demonstration by the Maine Event Cheering squad. All proceeds from the Harvest Festival are used by the Park Avenue PTO to support its programs throughout the year. Harvest Festival concessions are cash only.

In addition to the pick-your-own apples (Macintosh and Cortland are picking great right now) there is also a large variety of apple goodies available from the bakery and Wallingford’s Back Yard returns this year for some additional fall fun, at additional cost.
