AUBURN — Delphia I. Trenoweth, 82, of Buckfield died Wednesday, Sept. 14, at the Hospice House.

She was born in Phillips, Jan. 1, 1929, the daughter of Floyd and Ethel Heath Whitney. She attended Phillips schools and had been employed at the local shoe shops.

Her greatest joy in life was her family and friends. She was a member of the Faith Bible Chapel in Buckfield.

She is survived by her three children, Anthony Douglass and his wife, Roberta, of Poland, Marshall Douglass and his wife, Janice, of Buckfield and Pamela Paradis and her husband, Dennis, of Lewiston; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, William W. Trenoweth; and a brother, Donald Whitney.
